Airport Town Business Park is a Brazilian real estate development and property company based in Guarulhos. It finds the site, designs the product, runs the construction, leases it and then manages the park, with none of those stages outsourced.

In practice that shows in the size of the modules: the same company delivers 40 square metres to a customs broker and 40,000 to a distribution centre. A tenant who starts small grows inside the same park, without changing address or renegotiating from scratch.
